Who we are

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you provide one, your business type and your message.
• Your approximate country. Our host tells us the country a request came from so we can display prices in your local currency. We do not store your IP address for this and we do not use it to identify you.
• A currency preference cookie. If you pick a currency, we store it in a cookie named sx_currency for one year so the site remembers. It contains a three-letter currency code and nothing else.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to reply to you and, if you become a client, to build and look after your website. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host this site and deliver our email — and only to the extent they need it to do that.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, and client records for as long as you are a client plus any period we are legally required to retain them. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email gazi@septillion.services and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
